eagledrawn   Speakers Bureau

The United States Constitution established the judiciary as the arbiter between the legislative branch, which makes the laws, and the people, who are subject to these laws. As Alexander Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Papers:
“....the courts were designed to be an intermediate body between the people and the legislature, in order, among other things, to keep the latter within the limits assigned to their authority. The interpretation of the laws is the proper and peculiar province of the courts....”

Today the judiciary is coming under more pressure to modify or change decisions not based on the rule of law but from legislative and public pressure. Now is the time when the judiciary needs the support of the public if it is to remain the independent and impartial forum which it was intended to be by the founding fathers.

To become a part of this effort, sign up to be a member of the Speaker’s Bureau.

Justice Served will provide:
1.  Speeches to be utilized in making presentations;
2.  Handout materials;
3.  Assistance in identifying speaking opportunities; &
4.  Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses when making presentations.
